We can use your home, office, gym or nearby park to achieve maximum results.

There are Solo Fitness classes based at the Hill Club within Harrow School sports centre. Classes are updated and changed regularly so please call for full details.

All the necessary fitness equipment is provided by your yoga instructor, Pilates or personal trainer. Whether it be body fat reduction, weight control/management, stress relief, strength training, cardiovascular training, body toning, or training for a specific sport, our yoga instructor trainers, fitness coaches and pilates classes instructors are highly qualified. Their experience and motivational style will help you to achieve your goals.

Our trainers, yoga instructors and therapists are all insured and first aid certified along with their level of qualifications. The Solo Fitness team will be more than happy to show clients qualifications/certifications during the initial set up process.

Ashtanga Yoga

Our Yoga instructors based in north London/Middlesex offer Ashtanga Yoga. Your yoga instructor will gradually lead you to rediscover your fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness – physical, psychological and spiritual. Through this practice of correct breathing (Ujjayi Pranayama), postures (asanas), and gazing point (driste), one gains control of the senses and a deeper awareness of self. Maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion, one acquires steadiness of body and mind.

Hatha Yoga

A traditional ‘Hatha’ Yoga class/session is designed to increase mental and physical awareness. Through a variety of poses and gentle stretching exercises, with an emphasis on controlled breathing, the Yoga instructor will assist in balancing and conditioning your body. Yoga has proven a very effective way to blend exercise with relaxation techniques.

Sivananda Yoga

A Hindu discipline focusing on training the consciousness for a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquillity. A system of exercises practiced as part of this discipline to promote control of the body and mind.

Pilates

Pilates represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body’s postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement. Private one on one pilates classes are available for clients throughout North London and Middlesex.
