Initial consultation:
Solo Fitness provide a no-obligation, free consultation. This will give you the opportunity to ask any relevant questions and discuss strategies with your fitness coach before starting your new training programme.
Whatever your fitness goals are, your fitness coach will discuss how to achieve them with a structured training regime & nutritional guidance.
The Training Sessions:
Your health and fitness coach will motivate and encourage you to achieve your goals which have been set. Your sessions can take place wherever you feel more comfortable and where your coach feels you will be more motivated and gain more results.

Support Structure
Programmes offered to clients who also need to train on their own as well as with their fitness coach.
The programmes are structured and designed to achieve results and goals at times when the trainer is not present.
Training whilst on holiday can be great fun but also difficult to arrange a training regime if you do not know how and what to utilise in the surroundings you are in.
Training in your own gymnasium can also be quite difficult even though you may have had a programme written for you. The reason you may not find many benefits is that you have 45 minutes to 1 hour of a “gym instructors” time to write a quick programme and discuss your goals and show you how to use the gym equipment safely. Once the time expires you are left to your own devices, while motivation levels rapidly decrease.
Statistics show that after 4 weeks of training on their own, motivation levels begin to reduce which obviously reduces the amount of times they train per week, which reduces their chances of achieving the results they need/want.
Clients of Solo Fitness are regularly motivated and updated with emails/texts/voicemails.
Training in Pairs
For those who need a little push to start training to look and feel better – then training with your friends or family maybe the answer. Starting out with others close to you helps overcome the normal intimidating feelings that come with starting a new training programme, sport or hobby.
Individual Training Plans
Do you live outside of our trainers’ area? Not ready to take on a regular programme of trainer sessions? Don’t worry – we also provide tailored, individual programmes for people to use in their own work-outs and exercise plans. Individual programme design is available for £60.00 which can be used in a way to suit each persons needs. We can visit you, discuss your needs and design a programme for you for a one off fee.
