This week I realised just how far I’d come after only a few months of weekly training with David.
When I started I didn’t have functioning abs, core muscles or much else – I moan and groan each week as he encourages me to use all my muscles and gain strength. But now I can confirm it really does work in real life – who’d have thought a few months ago that I’d be up in the Rocky Mountains at 11,000 feet, happily hiking down steep mountain sides (black ski runs in the winter) or doing white water rafting knowing that I had the strength to paddle using all my upper body and my core muscles kept me in the boat!!!
David combines a wonderful ability to motivate with knowledge and expertise that allows you to relatively effortlessly gain strength and confidence. Worth every penny!”
