Pilates
Pilates is a conditioning method that focuses in a different way to other techniques. Our one to one pilates classes work by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment, by targeting the deep postural muscles within the body. As with Yoga techniques breathing and postural movements are a main focus, one to one pilates classes also focuses on alignment and co-ordination to improve the perfect balance between strength and flexibilty.

Olga has been practising the art of Yoga over a decade and has been teaching since 2005.
She is qualified with one of the best Yoga schools in Europe, Sun Power Yoga, which is accredited: by BWY (British Wheel of Yoga), Yoga Alliance, IYF (International Yoga Federation) and Independent Professional Therapists International.
Olga has been fortunate enough to study Yoga with the world-renowned masters Shiva Rea, Beryl Bender Birch, Duncan Wong and Anna Forest. She is always replenishing her own resources by regularly visiting Yoga workshops with the most inspiring teachers of our time. Olga teaches all abilities from absolute beginners to advanced and experienced practitioners. Her goal is to inspire each practitioner to evolve on the self-realization path. Her intention is to share that knowledge, assist people to take it off the mat and into the daily life.

Leigh Manning
Qualifications:
Leigh has been practicing Yoga for over 12 years and has practiced different forms from Hatha, Sivinyanda and Bikram but came back to Hatha when training to teach. For Leigh Hatha felt that it gave the best overview for yoga and allowed teachers and pupils scope to develop from beginners, allowing postures and classes to be challenging and varied or more relaxed depending on the mood and the pupils abilities. Leigh has now recently joined the Solo Fitness Team and will be working with the other Fitness Trainers, Yoga specialists and Therapists to achieve maximum results for our clients.

Claudia Armani

Qualifications:
She then went on to work in the fashion retail industry, but maintained a strong interest in fitness and kept on practicing a mix of Yoga/ Pilates and dance to keep herself fit.
Is during this time that she realized the full benefit of Pilates and how it could help her cope with a bad back. She then decided to leave the fashion industry and retrain to become a full time Pilates teacher with an OCR qualification.
Always passionate about fitness, Claudia now enjoys teaching and helping others achieve those benefit she first experience herself.
Rita Lakhani

Qualifications:
Rita is a practising qualified pharmacist and a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
In her role as a health care professional she is able to provide accurate and unbiased nutritional information to promote good health and facilitate behavioural change for her clients.This includes advice on diet and weight management support.
Her passion in holistic bodywork and yoga came after sustaining a hip injury from running. Amazed at how yoga hastened healing as well as health and overall mindset, yoga quickly became an integral part of Rita’s life.
She spent a good period of time living, studying and teaching in India in an ashram lifestyle. Her passion is to share her own yoga and holistic knowledge from the east with her clients and guide them on the path to a healthier happier life.
Rita’s personal teaching style is supportive,encouraging and tailor made, with a sense of fun and personal achievement.
